What type of shirt do you print on?
Physical Canvas tees and sweatshirts are unisex, with a men's slim cut fit, unless otherwise stated in the product description. Unisex shirts are 100% combed and ring-spun cotton. Please refer to our size chart.
What size should I order?
Unisex tees and sweatshirts range from XSmall - 4X Large.
Please see our size chart for more details and size suggestions. Women should order one size down from their regular size when they order a unisex shirt. Men should order one size up from their regular size.
Will the designs fade?
Some of the prints will fade some after being washed. Black prints tend to fade the most, but will still hold up for lots of wear and washes. Washing instructions are found on the tag of each shirt or please see below.
Are there specific care instructions?
Yes, please follow these tips to take care of your tee:
Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and American Express) through a secure payment processing system. We transit your credit card securely for your protection and we do not store your credit card information.
Can I cancel/modify my order?
Please note we print every product when it is ordered. You may modify/cancel your order if the request using the contact form by 12 AM midnight EST on the day of purchase. After that, we immediately begin processing your order. Please make sure to confirm all order details prior to submitting the order. We try our best to accommodate all requests.
How can I receive a refund on my order before it is shipped? You may receive a refund on an order before it is shipped if the refund request is sent via the contact form by 12 AM midnight EST on the day of purchase.
How long will it take for my order to arrive? In order to provide a broad variety of styles, sizes and cuts, products are freshly made to order. It takes about 2 - 7 business days to create your product. Here’s our process. Once shipped, standard shipping for orders in the United States is between 2 - 5 business days.
97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days.
During holidays or times of high demand, orders may take 10 - 15 business days to ship. We do not ship on weekends or on major U.S. holidays.
What shipping method do you use?
Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail.
Do you offer package tracking?
Yes! We will provide you with the tracking number once your package is shipped, except for international orders. A shipping confirmation email will be sent, once your order has left the facility.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to almost every country around the world. International orders may be subject to customs fees which are dependent on the destination country.
How much does international shipping cost?
It depends on your country and the size of your order. The easiest way to determine your international shipping cost is to add the items to your cart, select your country, and press the “update total” button.
My tracking shows delivered, but I haven't received my package, can I get my order reshipped?
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for reshipping orders that have been marked delivered. Please be sure to provide an accurate address when placing your order.
My tracking hasn't been updated. Where is my order?
If your order has not been marked delivered, please:
(1) allow 3-5 business days for your package to arrive; and
(2) reach out to your postal worker directly.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Physical Canvas shirts are custom printed specifically for you when it is ordered -- we cannot accept returns, size or product exchanges unless the artwork or fabric is flawed. Please confirm your size before ordering. All sales are final. Please be sure to check our size chart before ordering or contact us.
If you received a defective item, we'll happily replace it. Faulty items will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size. Please contact us for further information.
All of our items are made by hand at the time of purchase. We do not have a warehouse or inventory. We do not issue refunds on orders that have completed payment and shipped.
